Went back to old faithful cage for Nov. no-nut, gave ternence .net version of tetherspout a try for 4 days with nub cage. Went to remove spout for cleaning but had put two retaining washers on and it took 1/2 hour to slowly remove. Will relax with this g
I think that yoga is about freedom & balance and that flexibility is just a by product of a consistent mindset and being intentional about your health & wellness. What do you think?
