In the song "Swallowing dust" by Alexander Doroshenko, the phrase "чёрный тюльпан" (black tulip) refers to the An-12 plane that was used to transport soldiers killed in Afghanistan.
Apologies for quality- found this cool shot in a French photobook I bought at a book fair a few years back. The book is dated 1985. Photographer seems to be Meyer Partouche Sebban, but I can't find info on them.
